Gestern wurde bekannt, dass der überwiegend in Staatsbesitz befindliche IT-Dienstleister LuxTrust und das Startup Cambridge, das eine Digitale Identität auf Basis der Blockchain anbietet, eine gemeinsame Identity Platform entwickeln wollen. Besonders im Blick dabei: Die EU-Datenschutzgrundverordnung (GDPR):

Die Plattform soll in den nächsten Monaten schrittweise ausgerollt werden. LuxTrust bietet bereits schon jetzt Authentifizierung, Elektronische Signaturen und Dokumentenmanagement als Enterprise-Software an.
